| 摘 要： | 采用卡特尔编制的16PF问卷，对参加全国技能大赛成绩优异者进行调查。数据分析表明，技能型人才具有自律性、有恒性的人格特征；富有事业心和进取精神；在新环境中的适应能力略高于一般水平。

| Abstract: | The students with excellent achievement in skilled competitation were measured by the 16PF.The statistics show: highly-skilled personnel are provided with self-discipline and persevarence. Besides it, their adaptability is stronger than that of average people. |
