| 摘 要： | 作为对外贸易大国,中国的对外贸易从依靠政策引导到注重法律规范,走过了值得回味的历程。与旧的法律法规比较,新确立的对外贸易法律法规具备了更大的可操作性,减少和规范了行政审批,初步完善了法律制度。

| Abstract: | As foreign trade great nation.China's foreign trade guides from the dependence policy to pay great attention the legal norm,passed through has been worth the aftertaste the course.Compares with the old laws and regulations,the new establishment's foreign trade laws and regulations have had a bigger feasibility,the reduction and the standard administrative examination,has consummated the legal regime initially. |
