| 摘 要： | 图书馆为企业开展竞争情报服务的传统模式已经不能满足泛在环境下企业竞争情报的新需求。泛在图书馆具备基于网络、24×7、开放获取、多种形式、多语种和全球化的特征,在宏观系统的理性思维下开发新的服务模式实现知识资源的高效获取和利用,并创造出更大的信息价值。

| Abstract: | The traditional mode that Libraries carry out competitive intelligence service for enterprises has been unable to meet the new demand of enterprise competitive intelligence.The ubiquitous library is based on the network,with the characteristics of 24×7,open access,a variety of forms,multilingual and globalization.under ubiquitous environment.,then make knowledge resource efficient accessed and used,more information value created. |
