| 摘 要： | 抽取"网上联合知识导航站"开放知识库中的800条问答记录,以咨询答案所用参考源作为观测对象,依据研究视角人工标引其参考源所属类型,通过对各类型参考源的定性、定量分析,探讨并总结了样本咨询网站对各类型参考源的使用情况及其特点,在此基础上揭示其普遍意义。

| Abstract: | Based on 800 samples selected from the reference questions and answers database of"Collaborative Online Reference Services",the author put the reference sources into the observation object and classified them into relative categories based on observation angle.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,this study showed the specific types of reference source and their application features of the sample site.,on this basis,revealed its universal significance. |
