| 摘 要： | 本文从当今社会发展需求出发,阐述了科技咨询业数据库建设的重要意义;又分别从数据库的建设目标、建设思路、功能设计、系统架构、数据结构等方面介绍了该系统的建设内容与建设过程,通过展现该数据库的管理机制与个性化服务模式,揭示了系统的主要创新点,以及保持数据库鲜活生命力的行之有效方法。
