| 摘 要： | 本文分析了吉林省科技文献资源的现状,指出其存在的一些问题,探讨科技文献资源利用率低的现状。结合"吉林省科技文献信息服务平台"的建设,研究完善平台建设中各部门应发挥的作用,强调平台必须走公益性道路,提出建设科技文献信息服务平台是提高现有科技文献资源利用率的有效途径,并给出提高平台信息服务能力的几点对策。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the current situation of scientific literature resource in Jilin,and pointed out the problems,then discussed the low utilization rate situation.With the construction of the platform of Jilin scientific literature information service,this paper studied the role of different departments in it,and emphasized the public welfare service,then proposed that the platform was an effective way to improve the utilization rate depending on our own characteristics,finally gave some advice to improve the service ability. |
