中国共产党和中国统一大业

祖国统一是实现现代化的前提和基础，是中华民族的愿望，是中国共产党的伟大使命之一。中国共产党领导全国各族人民经过新民主主义革命实现了中国大陆的统一，创建了现代中国统一体制，在实现港澳回归和争取解决台湾问题的实践中进一步丰富和发展了关于中国统一的理论和政策。历史表明，没有中国共产党的领导，就没有现代中国的统一；坚持和改善党的领导，发扬中华民族全民族的爱国积极性，祖国统一大业必将完成。

The Chinese Communist Party and China's Reunification

The reunification of our motherland is the precondition and foundation of realizing her modernization, the Chinese people's wish, one of the CPC's historical missions. The CPC led the Chinese people in realizing the unification of China's mainland through the new democratic revolution, created the unitied system of mordern China, further developed the theory and policy of China's unification in the practice of realizing the return of Hongkong and Macao and striving to settle Taiwan issue. History has demonstrated, without the leadership of CPC, there would be no reunification of morden China. China's reunification will be surely realized if only we adhere to the leadership of the Party.
