| 摘 要： | 和谐的干群关系是和谐社会关系的重要组成部分。因利益的差异,干部与群众之间的博弈,在不同社会条件下博弈结果是不同的。要建设和谐的干群关系,建议做到如下几点:加强教育、监督,严惩干部腐败;拓宽群众参与渠道,落实群众路线;加强制度建设,优化群众监督环境。

| Abstract: | Harmonious relationship between the masses and cadres is an important component of harmonious social relationships. In different social conditions, the interests of the cadres and masses are different. To build harmonious relationship between the masses and cadres, it is recommended that:1, strengthening education, supervision and severely punish corrupt cadres. 2, broadening channels of the masses' participation and implement the mass line.3,strengthening the system, and improving the masses' supervision environment. |
