| 摘 要： | 从数字图书馆的现状入手，分析数字图书馆的企业化经营模式，重点研究国内外图书馆、软件公司和出版社三种主要模式的经营现状，并从资源、版权和技术等方面对其进行利弊分析。分别指出三种经营模式的优势和不足，在此基础上提出取长补短的三方联合经营模式，以期有效解决数字图书馆发展过程中的种种问题。

With an analysis and a comparison of the three patterns from the factors such as resource, copyright and technology, the paper puts forward a new pattern of dlibraryies in order to solve the main problems in the construction of d-libraries. |
