普通高校学生课外体育活动的调查研究

采用献资料、问卷调查等方法，对普通高校学生参加课外体育活动的次数与时间、动机、形式、项目、场所及影响因素等进行综合研究。结果显示，我国约有84％的大学生能不同程度地参加课外体育活动，但强度和时间明显不足：16％的大学生从来不参加任何课外体育活动。我国90％的大学生对课外体育活动抱有明确的动机，身体健康、娱乐身心、达标是我国大学生参加课外体育活动的主要动机。没时间、无器材、无场地、无兴趣是影响我国大学生参加课外体育活动的主要障碍因素。我国大学生课外体育活动的主要场所是本校体育场馆和宿舍；球类是我国大学生参加课外体育活动的首选项目，以个人锻炼形式为主。建议通过建章立制，加大课外体育活动的组织、宣传、辅导以及场地设施建设力度，改变大学生参加课外体育活动明显不足的状况。

Investigation on students' physical activities after school in the colleges and universities

With the questionnaire and interview,an investigation concerning college students physical activities after school times,time,intentions,forms,events,arena and effect factors in the colleges and universities was conducted.The results show that about 84% students participated in after?school physical activities,but with inadequate time and intensity;the other 16% students never participated any physical exercises,90% of college students showed intentions in physical activities for the purposes of health,recreation,and reach the goal.Lack of time,equipment,sports fields and interests is that stopped college students from doing after?school activities.National school sports fields,dormitory and sorts of ball are the main arena and first selected event.College students participated in after?school physical activities It is suggested that made laws,regulation,and implemented organization,conduction,give guidance in study or training and building to increase college students' after?school physical activities.
