国外继续教育研究及对我国的启示

继续教育是近年来教育学领域研究的热门课题之一.本文在回顾相关文献的基础上,介绍了世界上几个比较有代表性国家的继续教育发展情况,然后分析比较了这些国家的继续教育在制度架构、政策和模式等方面特点,并总结了它们的发展经验以及趋势,最后,揭示国外继续教育对我国的启示与借鉴.

Research on Continuing Education in Foreign Countries: Experience and Implication

In Recent years,continuing education has become one of the hot research projects in education science.Through reviewing some relevant literatures,this paper gives a brief overview on the development of continuing education in several countries,and then it analyzes and compares the institutional framework,policies and models of continuing education in those countries.The experience of developing continuing education in those countries will also be elobrated.Finally,the implication for China to develop continuing education will be discussed.
