贫困农村地区体育高考学生术科考试心理应激因素的调查

采用谭先明运动员心理应激量表,对江西地区来自偏远贫困农村的体育高考生进行术科考试心理应激因素调查。结果表明:比赛失利因子均分值最高,且男、女生存在显著性差异。男生除在比赛失利因子上的均分低于女生外,其他均高于女生。各因子均分值存在高低差别,日常生活遭遇,内外压力等因子明显高于其它因子,但无显著性别差异。结论:贫困农村体育高考生心理应激因素以比赛失利最为显著,并存在性别差异;内外压力因子中以对自己身体状况感觉不好的单因素分值最高;在日常生活遭遇因子中严重失眠影响考试的单因素分值最高。其原因与这些考生生活的社会环境、基础教育和他们对高考"龙门一跃"的极高期望值等关系密切;是值得社会关注的群体。

An Analysis on Psychological Stress of the Gymnastic Candidates from Poor Rural Areas in Sport-Related Exams
