| 摘 要： | 在反射炉冶炼工艺上，借助先进的测控仪表，摸索确定各工艺阶段的最佳炉温和风煤比，从而实现炉温自动控制，使产品质量更高，指标更稳定，能耗更低。同时减少岗位工人的劳动强度，方便经验的积累，促进生产工艺技术的进一步提高。

| Abstract: | In reverberatory smelting process,we make use of the advanced measurement and control instruments,grope for the best ratio for furnace temperature,wind stage and coal in the process to determine,so as to achieve the furnace temperature automatic control,product quality is higher,more stable,index lower energy consumption.And at the same time relieves the post labor of intensity,gather experience conveniently,promote the further to improve production technology. |
