摘    要:做了基于矢量有限元法的谐振腔通用计算模拟器的模拟设计。该模拟器包括前处理、有限元求解和后处理三部分。首先在前处理中进行三维实体建模和网格划分,然后运用有限元方法生成矩阵并求解该矩阵,在后处理中计算谐振腔的任意本征频率,本征值及电磁场分布。通过分别对几种不同介质加载下的谐振腔进行仿真求解,并将计算结果与商业仿真软件HFS...

A Simulator Based on Vector Finite-Element Method for Resonant Cavity
Abstract:A universal computing simulator for resonant cavity has been developed, based on the vector finite-element method. This simulator includes pre-process, solution by finite-element methods and post-process. Firstly, at the pre-process, the model is built and the meshes are produced. Then the matrix is established by FEM and gets solution. At the post-process, we get the cavity' s eigen frequency of any mode, eigenvalue and its electromagnetic distribution Several shaped resonant cavities have been simulated, filled with different materials. By comparing the results with HFSS, the feasibility of the simulator and it s universality have been proved.
