百万扩招视阈下高职院校提升人才培养质量的策略研究

摘    要:面向农民工、退役军人、下岗职工、新型农民实行高职百万扩招是缓解就业矛盾、利于社会稳定的战略举措,也是高等职业教育改革的重要内容。但是,由于当前高职扩招的生源类型多样、学历基础差异大、年龄跨度大,高职院校现有人才培养模式面临满足扩招生学习和心理适应需求以及调整教学组织和管理模式的挑战。因此,高职院校要针对不同生源特点,分类制定人才培养方案;根据扩招生特点,兼顾系统性与灵活性开发新型教材;依据扩招生的差异性,构建有效的心理疏导与沟通机制;同时,引入“学分银行”制度,以实现扩招人才的高质量培养。

Research on the Strategy of Improving the Quality of Personnel Training in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Million Enrollment Expansion

Abstract:The expansion of higher vocational education for migrant workers,veteran,laid-off workers and new farmers is not only a strategic measure to alleviate the employment contradiction and social stability,but also an important part of higher vocational education reform.However,due to the diverse types of students,different educational background and large age span,the existing talent training mode of higher vocational colleges is facing the challenges of learning needs,psychological adaptation,teaching organization and management.Therefore,according to the characteristics of different sources of students,vocational colleges should formulate talent training programs,develop new teaching materials,build an effective psychological counseling and communication mechanism,and introduce the"credit bank"system,so as to realize the high-quality training of expanded talents.
