| 摘 要： | 近年来,成人高等教育面临着生源减少,学生综合素质下降的客观情况。这种情况所造成的必然结果,就是学生的及格率较低,参加补考的学生很多,给学校的管理工作带来很大的负担,也给教育教学工作带来了负面影响。要改变这种状况,必须面对问题,采取正确的对策。

| Abstract: | Adult higher education is now facing the situation that the quantity of the students decreases severely and the quality of students decline commonly.The situation results in the low pass ratio of students and the make-up exam bring heavy burdens for teaching management.It also exercises bad influences for education and teaching of colleges.Right countermeasures should be taken to change the situation mentioned above. |
