| Abstract: | In the start-up of our country's railroading,public voices in Shen Paper played an important part.The article discusses the relationship between public voices in Shen paper and the start-up of modern China's railroading in three folds:its propagandizing for the interests of railway,its coverages on the construction of railways at home and abroad,and its influence on thoe start-up of modern China's railroading. |
