试论我国当代幼儿园园长的观念现代化

我国学前教育大发展的集结号已经吹响。观念是行动的先导,观念现代化是人才素质现代化的内核和必然要求,也是园长队伍整体素质与工作业绩提升的关键和有效途径;当前亟需加快提高幼儿园园长队伍的整体素质,尤其要加速园长的观念现代化;我国幼儿园园长应当树立并践行九大现代管理观,即科学发展观、职责使命观、科学幼教观、改革创新观、现代人才观、现代法制观、开放办园观、现代公关观和终身学习观。
