浅议幼儿教师的心理健康

摘    要:幼儿教师的心理健康水平不仅关系到自身的健康幸福与成就,更会影响幼儿长远发展。当前研究表明幼儿教师的心理健康状况并不乐观,结合幼儿教师心理健康标准及研究现状,应该建立职前与职后衔接的健康教育网络,关注幼儿对幼儿教师心理健康的不利影响,关注幼儿教师中特定群体的心理健康状况,切实解决和改善幼儿教师心理健康问题。

Abstract:The mental health of pre-school teachers influences both the healthy,happiness,achievement of themselves,and the development of children.Present researches show that the mental health of pre-school teacher is not satisfied.Through analysis on the mental health standard and present research of pre-school teacher,this essay studies the ways of how to foster the mental health of pre-school teacher.
