| 摘 要： | 伴随着学前教育事业的发展,出现了诸如学前教育理念偏失,入园难、入园贵,公立幼儿园和私立幼儿园的比例失调等问题。要解决这些问题,应在确立学前教育地位,明确学前教育发展方向,厘清学前教育责任等方面,从立法角度加以规范。

| Abstract: | Pre-school education-it develops fast in our country's education business,at present.But with the fast development there are more and more abuse exposed.To solve these thorny problems,the paper shows that pre-school education legislation could thoroughly solve these thorny problems.Recently pre-school education legislation becomes hot issue in our country.This paper analysis the significance of pre-school education legislation from four fields. |
