Development and Transcendence: International Comparative Study of the Pattern of Educational Development in the Undeveloped Areas

Based on the developmental condition, idea, strategy, motivation and practical strategy of education ,the dissertation analyzes the whole value of the patters of history and reality of educational development in the undeveloped areas, especially analyzes the influence and practice of economism, social equality, developmentalism in the educational development of new industrial states, deep structure of education and development, inner and outer resource of educational development , efficiency and fairness, later development and span, and reveals general approaches and special development logic in the undeveloped areas. The dissertation puts forward comprehensive innovative pattern of reasoningly constructing educational development of 21st century in the undeveloped areas.
