发展与超越:欠发达区域教育发展模式国际比较研究

摘    要:基于教育发展条件、发展观念、发展战略、发展动因与实践策略,对欠发达区域教育发展的历史与现实模式进行了整体价值辨析,比较分析欠发达国家和地区,尤其是新兴工业国家教育发展中经济主义、社会公平主义、发展主义、改革主义等思潮的影响与实践,比较分析了欠发达区域教育与发展互动的深层结构,讨论了欠发达区域教育发展的内源与外源、效率与公平、后发与跨越等发展机制,揭示出欠发达区域教育发展的一般路径与特殊发展逻辑。提出欠发达区域21世纪教育发展理性建构的综合创新模式。

Abstract:Based on the developmental condition, idea, strategy, motivation and practical strategy of education ,the dissertation analyzes the whole value of the patters of history and reality of educational development in the undeveloped areas, especially analyzes the influence and practice of economism, social equality, developmentalism in the educational development of new industrial states, deep structure of education and development, inner and outer resource of educational development , efficiency and fairness, later development and span, and reveals general approaches and special development logic in the undeveloped areas. The dissertation puts forward comprehensive innovative pattern of reasoningly constructing educational development of 21st century in the undeveloped areas.
