师范生职业情感再认

摘    要:师范生作为未来的人民教师,应该培养他们具有敬业、爱生、责任、自尊、乐业的教师职业情感,以促进他们的身心发展,构建和谐师生关系,提高教育质量。但现实是师范生职业认同感淡薄、职业情感教育缺乏,因此,需要通过课堂教学、教育实践与课外教育活动,强化师范生职业意识、培养职业情趣、加强情感素养、提高情感能力,以培育师范生良好的职业情感。

Abstract:The normal school students will be teachers in the future,so it is important to cultivate theirprofession emotions such as dedication,loving students,responsibility,self-esteem and enjoying work,so as topromote their physical and mental development,build harmonious relationship between teachers and studentsand improve education quality.However,the fact is that normal school students have light sense of professionalapproval and are lack of profession emotion education,therefore we should try to strengthen normal schoolstudents' career awareness,cultivate their professional sentiment,enhance their emotional literacy and improvetheir emotion ability by classroom teaching,educational practice and extracurricular educational activities,so asto cultivate their good profession emotion.
