| 摘 要： | 完善的学习支持服务服务体系是开展远程教育的基础，树立什么样的服务理念、依据什么样的服务原则决定着支持的效果和服务的质量。根据现代远程教育的规律和特点，学习支持服务应遵循技术性、多元化、系统性、交互性、便捷性、及时性、地域差异性、人性化、动态化等服务原则，才能够有效而高质的实施服务。
