| 摘 要： | 档案法律意识与人们的政治意识、道德意识具有密切联系 ,但也有自己的特征 ,有自己特殊的内容和结构。档案法律意识有着不同的形态 ,按一定的标准划分为不同类型。由于多方面的原因 ,当前我国的档案法律意识水平还比较低 ,要注重加强公民档案法律意识培养 ,努力把档案法律意识水平提高到适合社会主义初级阶段的水平上来 ,以适应和促进档案法制工作。

| Abstract: | The legal consciousness of archives maintains close ties with people's political consciousness and characteristics, and its special contents and structure. The legal consciousness of archives has different formations, and be classifeied by certain standards. Due to various causes, at present the legal cousciousness of archives among the citizens is low, and try to put it on to the level of the socialist elementary stage, as to improve and be suited to the work of the legal system of archives. |
