Discussion on Relationship between Self- Improvement of Physical Education Teachers and Retrospective Teaching

Along with the updating of new course standard in physical education,the researches of P.E.teachers have been from merely methodology to teachers' specialization development,and the retrospective teaching has become the focus of teaching.The paper,firstly,expatiates the features of retrospective teaching and the interactive relationships between teachers and students;then it mainly discusses its significances and values in the teachers' specialization;lastly,it introduces some effective approaches about the teaching.
