体育教师自身发展与反思教学关系的探讨

摘    要:随着新课程标准不断的升级,体育教师已由从单纯对教育方法的探讨转向对教师专业化发展的研究。这一研究中,反思性教学成为教育所关注的核心问题。首先阐述反思性教学及其特点,分析了教师和学生在反思过程中的互动关系,在此基础上,重点讨论了反思性教学对教师职业专业化发展的意义与作用,最后,介绍了开展反思性教学的几种有效途径和方法。

Abstract:Along with the updating of new course standard in physical education,the researches of P.E.teachers have been from merely methodology to teachers' specialization development,and the retrospective teaching has become the focus of teaching.The paper,firstly,expatiates the features of retrospective teaching and the interactive relationships between teachers and students;then it mainly discusses its significances and values in the teachers' specialization;lastly,it introduces some effective approaches about the teaching.
