| 摘 要： | 在长江三角洲地区改革开放和经济社会发展全面推进的历史背景下,探析其区域立法协调具有十分重要的意义。从协调区域立法的视角,立足湖州,谋求湖州在长三角区域经济的协调发展过程中有效参与与应对长三角区域立法协调,通过合法渠道表达合理的利益诉求,以促进湖州经济社会的全面发展。

| Abstract: | This paper is written on the basis of further driven historic opportunities in the reform and opening-up practice,and socio-economic development in Yangtze River Delta.By exploring the background and significance in the legislation coordination of Yangtze River Delta,focusing on the coordination of regional legislation,and for the purpose of facilitating economical and societal development,Huzhou is searching for an legal,reasonable and effective participation in the regional legislation of Yangtze River Delta from aspects including： coordinative development programming,natural resources management,industry structural policy,ecological environment benefit and safety,upper law execution,and execution standardization. |
