高等教育发展水平区域差异实证研究——基于SPSS因子分析

运用因子分析法对我国各地区高等教育发展水平进行实证研究。研究结果显示规模因子排名靠后的省份,要注重经济增长与高等教育规模的协调发展;财政支持因子排名靠后的省份,要注重提升科研经费使用效率,建立科学合理的使用监督机制;结构因子排名靠后的省份,政府部门应引导高等教育差异化发展;综合排名靠后的省份,要以提升高等教育质量为中心,不断加强高校的内涵建设。

An Empirical Study on the Regional Differences in the Level of Higher Education Development Based on SPSS Factor Analysis

An empirical study on the development level of higher education in different regions of China by factor analysis is conducive to explore and explain the reasons for the regional differences in the development of higher education. By using factor rotation method, we analyze the differences in the development level of higher education from four aspects: scale factor, financial support factor, structural factor and comprehensive factor. The results show that for the provinces with the lowest scale factor ranking, we should pay attention to the coordinated development of economic growth and the scale of higher education;for the provinces with the lowest financial support factor ranking, we should pay attention to improving the efficiency of the use of scientific research funds, and establishing a scientific and reasonable supervision mechanism for the use of scientific research funds. For the provinces with lowest structural factors, government departments should guide the differential development of higher education. For the provinces with the lowest comprehensive factor ranking, we should focus on improving the quality of higher education and constantly strengthen the connotation construction of colleges and universities.
