| 摘 要： | 守法,从行为的动力看,包含两个层面的支持因素：他律层面,是利益的外来的驱动,即为了自己的利益,而不得不守法;自律层面,是良心的内在的支持,即因法律公平地维护各方面的利益而心生尊崇、信仰,自觉自愿地守法.在这个意义上,守法是利益的外来驱动和良心的内生支持这两方面的统一.

| Abstract: | Abiding by the law, considering the motivity of behavior includes two supporting factors. One is other-disci the law in order to keep P h ine which is driven by the s own profit. The other conscience, that means one observes the law by his maintains the profits of all aspects, which makes him external benefit, that means one has to abide by is self-discipline which is supported by internal own free will because the system of taw fairly in this sense, the unification between external drive of esteem and believe in it. Observing the law is, benefit and internal building of conscience. |
