国际金融危机下四川省产业承接与布局研究

产业布局在吸引国内外企业投资中的地位举足轻重。由于各种因素的影响,四川省产业布局存在"小而全、散而乱、优势不集中、特色不明显"等弊端,没有充分考虑到四川自身优势。为了促进四川经济又好又快发展,应对现行产业布局进行调整,统一规划,统筹安排,充分利用国际金融危机带来的机遇,抓紧做好产业承接与优化布局工作。针对四川省现行产业布局的调整提出可行性的政策措施。

Research on Undertaking and Layout of Industry in Sichuan during the International Financial Crisis

The industrial layout stands a pivotal position in attracting investment from both domestic and foreign enterprises.Due to various factors,the industrial layout of Sichuan is "small but complete,scattered and chaotic,with scattered advantages and unobvious features",and doesn't fully take into account the own advantages.The current financial crisis has provided a golden opportunity to Sichuan for the undertaking and layout of industry.Sichuan should make full use of this chance to adjust the layout of industry,make an overall plan and arrangement to prompt a sound and fast progress of the economic development.Based on the existing industrial layout conditions,this paper puts forward feasible policies and measures.
