| 摘 要： | 近年来，中国对工商管理本科人才的培养模式进行了有益探索，但仍然面临一些压力与挑战。未来中国工商管理本科人才培养模式的改革必须坚持与国际接轨，实行市场导向，提高教学质量和办学效益，加强创新与创业教育，培育创新与创业精神。
