| 摘 要： | 从当前组织与管理高职精品课程建设出现的问题入手，分析了高职精品课程建设中组织与管理工作的重要性，最后针对出现的问题，提出高职院校精品课程建设组织和管理工作的具体对策．明确了不同职能部门在这项工作中的具体职责。
