| Abstract: | Since the Hebei Administration was founded in 1928, some measures were adopted to implement hair - cutting and feet - free movement. Due to the fact that plait - growing and feet - bounding lasted for a long time, these obtained habits were hard to change. Thus, the movement was heavy and slow. However, it was of great significance to eliminate the had practices. |
