| 摘 要： | 世界科学的发展总不是平衡的，它有一个地理中心，这个中心会发生变化。化震荡、社会变革、政府支持、财力保障、机制优化是引起变化的主要因素。中国已具有成为世界科学中心的可能性，抓住机遇、努力工作，使可能变为现实。

| Abstract: | Developing unsteadily, world science has a geographical centre which may have been changing. The main factors that cause the centre shifting are cultural impact, social reform, government support, finance guarantee and system superiority. China is likely to become the centre of world science, which will come true if we take the advantage of the times and work hard. |
