| 摘 要： | 近年来,全国各地因地制宜,积极推进文化共享工程建设。河南是全国人口第一大省,如何为全省近7000万农村人口做好文化服务工作,是摆在文化部门面前一项重要而又艰巨的任务。结合河南实际,采用IPTV技术,利用“宽带网络＋机顶盒＋电视机”模式,与农村党员干部现代远程教育共建共享,是河南开展文化共享工程项目的一大创新,实现了河南文化共享工程的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the practice of Henan Province,by adopting the IPTV technology and using the model of the high network + machine box + TV to construct the resources sharing project of the long distance modern education to the rural party staff is an innovation of cultural sharing project,which realized the overstepping development of cultural sharing in Henan Province. |
