| 摘 要： | 近年来,大学生就业问题成为社会各界广泛关注的社会问题。究其原因,主要来自社会、就业观念、学校等方面。本文在分析产生原因的基础上,提出相应的对策,以期为解决大学生就业难这一社会问题做些有益的探讨。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the problems in undergraduate employment have concerned lots of people in different fields of the society. And the causes of these problems mainly come from the whole society, the employment intention as well as the universities and colleges. Based on the correct cognition of and the analysis on these causes, paper proposed some countermeasures to contribute to the solution of these problems in undergraduate employment. |
