| 摘 要： | 近年来,高等教育改革的呼声日益强烈,大众化教育时代的人才培养观初见端倪,但并未形成模式。对高等教育“入口”的大众化和“出口”的自主择业改革步伐而言,高等教育的人才培养模式的改革相对滞后。将战略管理的SWOT分析引入高校的大学生培养模式改革实践中,是从战略的高度,对环境和自身客观评估进行的自我评价、自我定位、自我发展的有益探索。
