| Abstract: | The present thesis makes an effort to expound the characteristics of capital operation and the advantages possessed by the enterprises new high technologies from advanced educational institutions. It also analyses the hi tech capital mode and its impertance in promoting the industrialization of new high technologies. Also included in the thesis are the problems it now faces and the solutions that will be found in the future. |
