Research on the Tiered Pricing Model for Foreign Language Database

The tiered pricing model of the foreign language database can be divided into electronic + paper model and pure electronic model.The main tiered pricing standards used by the publishing houses are the number of FTE of the subscribing institutions,the scale of the subscribing institutions,the user traffic,the number of users,the paper content subscribed by the subscribers or the subscribed paper cost.By analyzing the problems in the application of the tiered pricing model in practice,the paper predicts the development trend of the tiered pricing model.
