| 摘 要： | 人的现代化的基本要素是现代化知识和现代化的意识观念,最终则表现为"现代人"或适应未来的全面发展的人的实现.人的现代化能否实现最终取决于教育现代化.班级是学校贯彻教育方针、实施素质教育、培养全面发展新一代的基本组织,班级管理的现代化是教育现代化的一项重要内容.只有树立以促进人的现代化为根本目标的管理理念,才能培养出适应当今社会与未来社会的现代人.
