| 摘 要： | 有关体育彩票的案件可谓一波未平，一波又起。究其原因，主要是缺少一部完整、系统的体育彩票法。鉴于此。笔者运用文献资料、专家访问等研究方法，对我国体育彩票立法的基本原则进行初步的探讨，以期能为体育彩票的立法工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | The law case on sport lottery was called one trouble fallen, another.Lacking of full and systematic sport lottery law contribute to these incidents. The author makes a simple research on the basic principle of sport lottery legislation in China by literature, interviewing experts, which is possible to provide some references for sport lottery legislation. |
