简论竞技体育赛场观众的管理

摘    要:通过文献资料等方法,分析我国竞技体育中赛场观众的类型包括认知观众、娱乐观众、审美观众、认同观众、宣泄观众、破坏观众等。赛场观众管理过程中应加强赛前宣传工作;营造良好的赛场氛围;提高运动员素质;建立与观众交流机制;发展观众会员组织;制定合理的门票价格等措施,以满足观众的需求,达到竞赛的预期效果。

Abstract:By means of literature review,etc.,the authors of this study have analyzed and summarized the various types of spectators in athletic sports in China,which can be categorized into cognitive spectators,entertainment spectators,aesthetic spectators,agreement spectators,draining spectators and destruction spectators.In the management process of sports spectators,it is suggested that propaganda should be strengthened before competitive events,a good atmosphere for the events be made,the qualities of athletes be improved,a sound communicative mechanism with spectators be established,spectator membership organizations be developed and a reasonable ticket pricing be set up,so as to satisfy the needs of spectators and to achieve the expected results of competitions.
