| Abstract: | This paper investigates the inner system of Eight Chinese Nobel prize winners whose creativity are generated from their interests and curiosity in their subjects , the solid professional foundation and the implicit knowledge gained from their mentors’ personal example as well as verbal instruction , and the spirit of daring to question . At the same time , the good psychological environment for inspiring creativity provided by the elite schools and outstanding institutions where they study and work constitutes a good outside system for their creativity . |
