远程开放教育中教师如何应对挑战

远程开放教育模式的建立,既为电大的发展提供了新的机遇,也使教师的地位、作用、职能发生了深刻的变化。通过问卷调查:电大教师的素质还远远不能适应这种变化。所有这一切,都会增加教师的紧迫感,甚至危机感。为此,电大教师应从转变观念、强化专业知识素质、培养创新教学能力、提高科研能力、熟练掌握现代教育技术五方面做起。

The establishment of the distance open education not only supplies new chances for the development of the TV University,but also changes the position,function and importance of the teacher greatly.From the results of examinations to so many people,we can see the quality of the teacher in the TV university couldn t adapt the changes.All this has given teachers the sense of urgency,even the sense of crisis.So our teachers must do things from the five points to change their ideas,to make an effort to enlarge their professional knowledge,to develop their creative ability in teaching and scientific experiments steadily.
