| 摘 要： | 教师反思需要专业引领。引领一个小学教师在3个学期中反思能力的发展表明：专业引领有利于教师提高反思水平，改进课堂教学，提升专业水平。为此，教师教育者要积极引导教师产生主动反思的意愿；深入教师课堂，对教师反思给予反馈；和教师进行反思对话。
