| 摘 要： | 暗访这一特殊的新闻采访方式能使记者获取正面采访得不到的信息,增强了新闻的真实感和现场感。然而,如果运用不当就会造成新闻侵权,引发新闻官司,造成诸多负面影响。文章主要论述了如何在法律和道德允许的范围内更好地运用暗访手段。

| Abstract: | Secret interviewing can help the journalists acquire the information that cannot be gathered through official ones. It enhances the sense of realism and liveness for the news. However, it also can cause the lawsuits of news infringement and has negative impacts if improperly used. This paper discusses how to better exert unannounced visits within limits of law and moral code. |
