495例初筛Rh阴性献血者血型血清学检测结果分析

摘    要:目的 完善十堰地区Rh阴性献血者的档案资料,建立有效的稀有血型库,保障Rh阴性血液的临床供应.方法 “U”型微量板盐水法进行Rh(D)阴性的初筛和Rh阴性血清学表型鉴定,用间接抗人球蛋白法和吸收放散方法对Rh(D)阴性标本进行确认、抗体筛选、鉴定及抗体效价测定.结果 参与无偿献血的161 438人,确认Rh阴性449例(0.28%);检出Rh阴性7种表型所占比例依次为ce (57.68%)>Cce (28.95%)>Ce(6.68%) >cEe (4.90%) >(CcEe)0.89%) >cE (0.67%) >CcE (0.22%);检出Rh系统不规则抗体12例,检出率为2.42%.结论 十堰市Rh阴性无偿献血者符合中国汉族人群中Rh(D)阴性仅占0.2%~0.5%的特点,在ABO血型中呈均匀分布O>A>B>AB;Del血型检出率与湖北地区检出比例基本一致.完善十堰地区Rh阴性献血者的档案资料,有利于对稀有血型献血者的科学管理.

Abstract:Purpose: Perfect the file data of Rh-negative blood donors in Shiyan, establish an effective library of rare blood type to guarantee Rh-negative blood clinical supply. Method: Be Rh (D) negative Rh negative serological screening and phenotypic identification "U" shaped microtiter plate brine method, using the indirect method and the anti-human globulin absorption elution method for Rh (D) negative specimens for confirmation, antibody screening Identification and determination of antibody titers. The results of the 161,438 people involved in voluntary blood donation, confirmed 449 cases of Rh-negative (0.28%); detected in seven kinds of Rh-negative phenotype, the proportion followed ce (57.68%)〉 Cce (28.95%)〉 Ce (6.68%)〉 cEe (4.90%)〉 CcEe (0.89%)〉 cE (0.67%)〉 CcE (0.22%); were detected in 98 Del blood type, accounting for 21.8% RhD negative total; irregular antibodies detected 12 cases of Rh system, The detection rate was 2.42%. Conclusion: Shiyan Rh-negative blood donors are in line with the Chinese Han population Rh (D) negative only 0.2% to 0.5% of the features were evenly distributed in the ABO blood group O〉 A〉 B〉 AB; Del detection rate and blood Hubei is basically in the same proportion of detected regions. Perfecting Shiyan file information of Rh-negative blood donors is beneficial for the scientific management of rare blood donors.
