| 摘 要： | 面对新世纪，培养高质量、高层次的人才更具迫切性，教师素质对于人才培养发挥着不可替代的巨大作用；高尚师德的示范作用能有力地促进学生完善人格的形成；卓越的师才是培养知识型人才的重要保证；非凡的师痴昌创新型人才得以发展的必要条件，据此，为培养21世纪所需人才必须全面提高教师素质。

| Abstract: | It is of great ur gency to train high quality and high level qualified personnel in 21 st cen tury.Teachers' quality plays an irreplaceable and important role in training qua lified personnel.The exemplary role of teachers' noble morality can accelerate t he formation of students' perfect moral quality.Teachers' unusual talent guarant ees the training of qualified personnel with a wide scope of knowledge.Teachers' extraordinary wisdom is the necessary condition to develop the innovative quali fied personnel.Therefore,to train qualified personnel in 21 st century,teac hers' quality must be improved. |
