Study On The Cultivation Of Creative ComPeteace For University Students

Concerning with the actual conditions of higher education ,the paper discusses on how to act in the spirit of the third National Education Congress.The author also metions the efficient ways to develop the creative compefence of the college students in the following aspects: to change the education ideas, to set up new aims of cultivating talented gradu ates ,to build up new curriculum structure systems, to establish scientific teaching contents and methods, to carry out creative education management and to have creative teaching staff.
