| 摘 要： | 目的：通过调查本地区生殖道支原体感染及耐药情况为临床经验用药提供参考。方法：利用试剂盒直接对512份样本进行支原体培养鉴定及药敏试验并进行统计。结果：512份标本，阳性432例，阳性率84．4％，其中UU阳性率36．3％（157／432）、NH阳性率5．1％（22／432）、UU＋MH阳性率58．6％（253／432）；药敏试验中敏感率较高的药物为：强力霉素（87％）、美满霉素（83．3％）、交沙霉素（67．1％）、加替沙星（61．6％）；耐药率较高的是：红霉素（50．7％）、克林霉素（56．7％）、罗红霉素（47．9％）、甲砜霉素（42．4％）、司帕沙星（41．9％）。结论：临床医师应根据药敏结果使用药物。

| Abstract: | Objective： To provide reference for the drug through the investigation in the genital tract mycoplasma infection and drug resistance for clinical experience. Methods： To use kit directly on the 512 samples for mycoplasma culture identification and drug sensi tive test and aggregate it. Results： Among 512 specimens, positive in 432 cases, 84. 4% were positive, including UU 36. 3% （157/ 432）, MH 5.1% （22/432）, UU ＋ MH 58. 6% （253/432） ; In the drug susceptibility, the drugs of the higher sensitive rate are： the doxycycline （87%）, the mincycline （83.3%）, the josamycin （67. 1% ）, the gatifloxacin （61.6%） ; those of higher drug resist- ance rate are： the erythromycin （50. 7% ）, the clindamycin （56.7%）, the roxithromycin （47.9%）, the thiamphenicol （42.4%）, the sparfloxacin （41.9%） ~ Conclusion： Clinical doctors should use drugs according to drug sensitive test results. |
