乌药醚内酯超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:建立超声法制备乌药供试品的方法。方法:以乌药醚内酯作为含量控制指标,对甲醇-乙醚的比例、超声提取时间、超声提取温度进行了筛选。结果:甲醇-乙醚比例为15:85,常温超声提取30min。结论:该工艺可用于制备乌药供试品,用于测定乌药醚内酯的含量。

Abstract:Objective:To establish: the preparation methods of Radix Linderae. Methods: In linderane as a content control index, on the ratio of methanol and ether, ultrasonic extraction time, extraction temperature were screened. Results: The extraction technology is raclio of methanol - ether i 15 : :85), ultrasonic extraction at normal temperature with 30min. Conclusion: This method can be used for preparing sample of Lindera aggregata and content determining of Linderane.
