| 摘 要： | 目的：建立超声法制备乌药供试品的方法。方法：以乌药醚内酯作为含量控制指标，对甲醇-乙醚的比例、超声提取时间、超声提取温度进行了筛选。结果：甲醇-乙醚比例为15：85，常温超声提取30min。结论：该工艺可用于制备乌药供试品，用于测定乌药醚内酯的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish： the preparation methods of Radix Linderae. Methods： In linderane as a content control index, on the ratio of methanol and ether, ultrasonic extraction time, extraction temperature were screened. Results： The extraction technology is raclio of methanol - ether i 15 ： ：85）, ultrasonic extraction at normal temperature with 30min. Conclusion： This method can be used for preparing sample of Lindera aggregata and content determining of Linderane. |
